Your travel arrangements are handled by Oasis Tours and Travels. A booking will be considered confirmed once we receive your request along with the applicable deposit and issue a confirmation for your tour, accommodation, or other travel services. All communication regarding your bookings should be directed to Oasis Tours and Travels.
To secure your booking, a deposit of 40% of the total amount is required, with the remaining balance payable before the start of your journey. We reserve the right to adjust the deposit amount based on the services booked and proximity to the travel date.
You may pay via bank transfer, cash at our office, or by cheque/demand draft. Please ensure all payments are made without any deductions or withholding tax. Any bank fees for the transfer will be the responsibility of the client.
Once your trip has started, it will follow the agreed itinerary. However, in the case of unforeseen events beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary partially or entirely to prioritize the safety and comfort of our travellers.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing, and applicable charges will be calculated based on when we receive your cancellation notice:
30 days or more before arrival: 10% of the total package cost.
20 to 18 days before arrival: 20% of the total package cost.
14 to 16 days before arrival: 25% of the total package cost.
10 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost.
7 days or less before arrival or in case of no show: No refund.
A minimum 10% service charge will apply to all cancellations, regardless of the cancellation period.
If you choose to cut short your trip after it has commenced, refunds will depend on the recoveries we can secure from hotels and vendors. No refunds will be made for unused accommodations, meals, or transportation.
For cancellations of pre-paid services, refunds will be processed as per our cancellation policy and returned to the individual who made the payment. Please note that processing refunds may take up to 2–4 weeks, depending on banking procedures. Bank or card transaction charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
If there are changes in government-imposed taxes, entrance fees, fuel surcharges, or guide fees after finalizing the booking, the additional costs will be charged to the client.
Oasis Tours and Travels acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.). All travel services are provided under the terms set by these suppliers.
The itineraries provided are for guidance and may be modified due to factors like weather, local conditions, or the health and capability of participants, ensuring the safety and well-being of our travellers.
Rates shared are based on current agreements with suppliers, who may change their pricing without prior notice. In such cases, our pricing will be revised accordingly.
We are not liable for delays, itinerary changes, or additional expenses caused by weather conditions, flight delays, strikes, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control.
We will not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to property or individuals resulting from factors such as accidents, theft, natural hazards, wars, riots, epidemics, or other unforeseen situations.
We do not provide travel insurance for accidents, health issues, or theft. Clients are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance in their home country before travel. All personal belongings remain the traveller’s responsibility throughout the journey.
Except for nationals of Nepal and Bhutan, travellers visiting India must hold a passport valid for at least six months and a valid visa. These arrangements are the traveller’s responsibility and are not included in the tour cost.
Travellers with contagious diseases are not permitted to participate in our tours. If a traveller is discovered to have a contagious illness during the tour, they will be asked to discontinue participation and will need to arrange their return journey at their own cost.
