Package Inclusions

1. Accommodation with Breakfast

   • Stay in hotels/resorts as mentioned in the itinerary or similar category.

   • Rooms on twin/double sharing basis unless specified otherwise.

   • Child below 5 years stays complimentary without an extra bed (sharing with parents).

2. Transport

   • All transfers and sightseeing as per itinerary by:

     • Private Air-Conditioned Vehicle for plains and moderate climate areas.

     • Private Non-AC Vehicle for hill stations or cold-weather regions for better performance and safety.

     • Seat-in-Coach / Bus services where mentioned in the itinerary (shared with other passengers).

   • Vehicle will be at disposal from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM strictly as per the itinerary.

     • Any additional sightseeing, activity, or service beyond the itinerary will be charged extra.

3. Activities & Entry Tickets

   • Entry fees or activity charges only for attractions explicitly mentioned in the itinerary.

   • Optional activities, special shows, adventure sports, or additional sightseeing are not included unless specified.

4. Taxes & Allowances

   • Driver allowance, night halt charges, interstate taxes, and applicable GST/service taxes.

Package Exclusions

1. Services & Meals Not Mentioned

   • Any services, facilities, or meals not explicitly mentioned in the Package Inclusions or specified in the itinerary.

   • Lunch, dinner, snacks, and beverages unless clearly stated in the itinerary.

2. Entry Fees & Activity Charges

   • Entry fees for tourist attractions, monuments, museums, amusement parks, or special events if not specified in the itinerary as included.

   • Charges for optional activities, adventure sports, safaris, shows, cultural programs, or rides unless mentioned as included.

3. Personal Expenses

   • Tips/gratuities to guides, drivers, hotel staff, or service providers.

   • Laundry, telephone calls, room service, minibar usage, and personal shopping.

   • Non-alcoholic/alcoholic beverages unless provided as part of an included meal.

4. Transport-Related Charges

   • Airfare or train fare to/from the starting or ending destination of the tour, unless included in the package.

   • Toll tax and parking charges (if not mentioned as included in the specific package).

5. Unforeseen Costs

   • Costs arising due to natural calamities, roadblocks, political disturbances, flight/train delays or cancellations, or any events beyond the company’s control.

   • Medical expenses or travel insurance (unless specified as part of the package).

6. Domestic Package Specific Exclusions

   • State entry permits (for restricted or protected areas) unless mentioned as included.

   • Camera/video camera charges at monuments or tourist attractions.

   • Local guide charges unless specified in the itinerary.

7. International Package Specific Exclusions

   • Visa fees, consular charges, and related processing fees unless mentioned as included.

   • Overseas travel insurance unless specified.

   • Foreign exchange conversion charges or credit card transaction fees.

   • Meals during transit (airport/flight stopovers) unless clearly mentioned.

   • Excess baggage charges on flights.

   • Any PCR tests, vaccination costs, or health-related documentation required for travel.

Important Travel Guidelines for Domestic Tour Packages

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable trip within India, please read and follow these important guidelines:

1. Public Conduct

   • Spitting, littering, smoking in prohibited areas, or causing public disturbance is punishable under Indian laws and may result in fines.

   • Always respect local customs, traditions, and religious sentiments.

2. Hotel & Vehicle Property Care

   • Damaging hotel property (carpets, bedding, furniture, etc.) or vehicle interiors may result in heavy fines or repair charges.

   • Vomiting inside vehicles will incur cleaning charges—eat a light meal before travel to avoid motion sickness.

3. Punctuality

   • Tours and transfers run on fixed schedules. Vehicles will wait a maximum of 5 minutes beyond the scheduled departure time.

   • Delays may cause you to miss activities, and no refund will be provided.

4. Natural Mishaps & Itinerary Changes

   • In case of natural mishaps such as landslides, floods, ice melting, or roadblocks, the company will not be held responsible.

   • Itinerary changes may occur, and travellers are expected to cooperate as per instructions from the tour manager.

5. Valid ID & Documents

   • All travellers must carry valid ID proof and a passport-size photo.

   • Aadhaar Card is not accepted as valid ID proof in many border areas.

   • For children below 18 years, a birth certificate or school certificate with Aadhaar will be accepted.

6. Hotel Check-in/Check-out

   • Check-in time – 14:00 hrs

   • Check-out time – 12:00 hrs

7. Hill Area Conditions

   • Vehicles and hotels in hill stations may be non-AC due to weather and location conditions.

8. Health & Safety

   • Carry personal medicines and follow hygiene practices during travel.

   • Drink only packaged or safe water in areas with uncertain water quality.

9. Behaviour Towards Others

   • Offensive language, rude gestures, or misconduct towards locals, fellow travellers, or staff will not be tolerated.

   • Always maintain politeness and mutual respect.

10. Follow Tour Manager Instructions

    • The tour manager’s guidance is essential for your safety and smooth travel experience—please follow their instructions at all times.

Important Travel Guidelines for International Tour Packages

When travelling abroad, please be aware that laws, customs, and regulations may differ from your home country. To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable journey, please follow these important rules:

1. Public Conduct

   • Spitting, urinating, or smoking in public areas is an offence in many countries and may result in heavy fines or legal action.

   • Always use designated smoking zones and public restrooms.

2. Hotel & Vehicle Property Care

   • Vomiting, spilling food/drinks, or damaging hotel carpets, bedding, furniture, or any other property can lead to substantial cleaning or replacement charges.

   • Vomiting inside vehicles is a punishable offence in some countries and can result in high fines. Always eat a light diet before travel to avoid motion sickness.

   • Any deliberate damage to property may also be reported to local authorities.

3. Punctuality

   • All tours and transfers run on a fixed schedule. Vehicles will wait a maximum of 5 minutes beyond the scheduled departure time.

   • Latecomers may have to arrange their own transport at their own expense.

4. Respect Local Laws & Customs

   • Many countries have strict rules on alcohol consumption, dress codes, photography, and public behaviour.

   • Research and follow the cultural etiquette of your destination.

5. Health & Hygiene

   • Carry personal medicines, hand sanitiser, and hygiene items.

   • In some destinations, littering is punishable by fines—use designated bins only.

6. Food & Drink Etiquette

   • Avoid eating or drinking in prohibited zones, such as certain religious areas or public transport.

   • Follow your tour manager’s advice regarding local food and water safety.

7. Documents & Valuables

   • Keep your passport, visa, and travel documents secure at all times.

   • Avoid carrying excessive cash; use hotel safes when available.

8. Behaviour Towards Others

   • Offensive language, gestures, or behaviour towards locals, fellow travellers, or staff will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the tour without refund.

   • Maintain politeness and respect in all interactions.

9. Follow Tour Manager Instructions

   • Your tour manager is there to ensure your safety and smooth travel. Please follow their instructions at all times.

10. Emergency Situations

    • In case of an emergency, contact your tour manager or local guide immediately.

    • Keep your hotel address and local emergency numbers handy.

Payment & Refund Policy

1. Package Cost Calculation

• This package cost is calculated for the Land Tour only, including activities and entry fees mentioned in the itinerary only.

• If an entry fee is not mentioned in the itinerary, it must be paid on the spot by the guest.

• Flight and train fares are extra and will be included only upon request by the guest.

• In such cases, the package cost may change if flight or train fares change before booking or departure.

2. Payment Terms

• Flight or Rail Tickets: Full payment in advance.

• Land Tour:

  • 40% at the time of booking

  • 30% before 7 days of departure

  • Remaining balance before trip start

3. Refund Policy

• Hotel Refunds: As per the respective hotel’s cancellation policy, after deducting our service charges.

• Flight Refunds: As per the airline’s cancellation policy, after deducting our service charges.

• Train Refunds: As per IRCTC cancellation policy, after deducting our service charges.

• Non-refundable Items: Permit fees, entry tickets, and any other non-recoverable expenses.

• In case of natural mishaps or force majeure events (landslides, floods, strikes, roadblocks), refunds will be processed based on actual recoverable costs from hotels, transporters, and other vendors.

4. Cancellation, No Show, and Early Exit Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing, and applicable charges will be calculated based on when we receive your cancellation notice:

• 30 days or more before arrival: 10% of the total package cost

• 20 to 18 days before arrival: 20% of the total package cost

• 14 to 16 days before arrival: 25% of the total package cost

• 10 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost

• 7 days or less before arrival or in case of no show: No refund

A minimum 10% service charge will apply to all cancellations, regardless of the cancellation period.

If you choose to cut short your trip after it has commenced, refunds will depend on the recoveries we can secure from hotels and vendors. No refunds will be made for unused accommodations, meals, or transportation.
