After spending some time inside the complex, proceed towards the vibrant lanes of Mathura to visit the Dwarkadhish Temple, known for its beautiful architecture and devotional ambience. You may also stop at Banke Bihari Temple for darshan, depending on crowd and timing. In case of natural mishaps or force majeure events (landslides, floods, strikes, roadblocks), refunds will be processed based on actual recoverable costs from hotels, transporters, and other vendors.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing, and applicable charges will be calculated based on when we receive your cancellation notice:
30 days or more before arrival: 10% of the total package cost
20 to 18 days before arrival: 20% of the total package cost
14 to 16 days before arrival: 25% of the total package cost
10 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost
7 days or less before arrival or in case of no show: No refund
A minimum 10% service charge will apply to all cancellations, regardless of the cancellation period.
If you choose to cut short your trip after it has commenced, refunds will depend on the recoveries we can secure from hotels and vendors. No refunds will be made for unused accommodations, meals, or transportation.
